Retention marketing
Lead and plan the customer operation strategy, develop customer life-cycle communication journey, including activate, repeat and wake-up to better improve the brand loyalty.
Design the proper product recommendation strategy to promote cross-category and cross-brand business.
Plan the comprehensive customer communication flow to drive the retention marketing efficiency.
Design CRM experimentation through AB test and can scale in nationwide.
Cooperate with digital and technology on the CDP and MA system development
Membership management
Upgrade and design the membership program in line with brand value proposition.
Better manage the membership program to elevate customer LTV.
Design the membership experience online and in store with IT product team and store operation team.
Lead the planning on the membership event and activity as well as membership partnership with other brands or platforms.
Integrate with 3-rd party platform to enlarge our membership touchpoints
Consumer Insights
Lead and develop marketing tracking matrix and consumer survey in line with business needs.
Lead marketing analyst to monitor the business and customer status.
Generate consumer insights continuously based on deep consumer understanding and data-mining analysis.
Private Pool Management
Strategize and lead the management on brand private pool in WeChat eco system
Lead the engagement and private commerce through private tools
Deep understand of China private pool eco-system and act with clear business goal
