Job Description

Retention marketing
 Lead and plan the customer operation strategy, develop customer life-cycle communication journey, including activate, repeat and wake-up to better improve the brand loyalty.
 Design the proper product recommendation strategy to promote cross-category and cross-brand business.
 Plan the comprehensive customer communication flow to drive the retention marketing efficiency.
 Design CRM experimentation through AB test and can scale in nationwide.
 Cooperate with digital and technology on the CDP and MA system development

Membership management
 Upgrade and design the membership program in line with brand value proposition.
 Better manage the membership program to elevate customer LTV.
 Design the membership experience online and in store with IT product team and store operation team.
 Lead the planning on the membership event and activity as well as membership partnership with other brands or platforms.
 Integrate with 3-rd party platform to enlarge our membership touchpoints

Consumer Insights
 Lead and develop marketing tracking matrix and consumer survey in line with business needs.
 Lead marketing analyst to monitor the business and customer status.
 Generate consumer insights continuously based on deep consumer understanding and data-mining analysis.

Private Pool Management
 Strategize and lead the management on brand private pool in WeChat eco system
 Lead the engagement and private commerce through private tools
 Deep understand of China private pool eco-system and act with clear business goal
