Our CSR team “RGF gives back” was founded in 2016 with a bright mission: we hope to stay by your side, help you build a wonderful career and life, and give back to our society via professional recruiting services and charity activities. 

CSR projects:

• Since 2017, we have been collaborating with the Beijing New Sunshine Charity Foundation on its Hospital School charity project, to help children suffering from leukemia for a long time to acquire equal education.
• Since 2017, we have been organizing “She Power”, an annual program on women’s career development, to help women in the workplace to achieve personal growth and benefit from equal career opportunities.
• For colleges and universities in China, we have hosted career-themed activities for students on campus. We offer students with practical career advice and exciting internship opportunities.
• For an audience of white-collar employees in urban China, we regularly organize seminars and workshops and raise their awareness of career development and professional pursuits.
