职责
1、开拓中航工业、eVTOL、中大型无人机等OEM客户，推动电机类产品设计导入、研发取证到交付量产。
2、开展市场调研，制定销售策略，重点抓住国产替代机会。
3、负责产品推广及项目全周期跟进，确保批量供货。
要求
1、3年以上航空/军工销售经验，有目标客户资源优先。
2、了解电气产品基本技术，能独立商务洽谈。
3、能适应频繁出差，结果导向。
