Position: Customer Service Manager
Role Summary:
To lead the Customer Service team and manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for our key domestic aviation OEM and MRO clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives.
2. Oversee the complete order management cycle: from order entry, tracking, to on-time delivery.
3. Serve as an escalation point for key clients; personally handle complex orders and customer complaints.
4. Ensure seamless collaboration with the Sales team throughout the quote-to-order process.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
2. Strong background in the industrial sector; experience in aviation, specifically with OEM/MRO clients, is preferred.
3. Hands-on expertise in order management and customer issue resolution.
4. Fluent spoken English is essential.
