SE Engineer – Senior

Responsibilities:
1) Application/Production Support
- Support new device test application development, debug, and release to production.
- Application support (e.g. yield improvement, test platform conversion, test time reduction, etc.).
- Production troubleshooting and issue resolving.
- Customer training (customized workshops).
- Account management: relationship building, issue tracking, escalation and communication with worldwide upstream and downstream.

2) Solution Development and Project Management
- Track account roadmap, analyze customer’s test requirements and provide competitive test solutions.
- Test solution development and project management.
- Device correlation and test program release at customer site.

岗位职责：
1. 应用与量产支持
• 支持新器件测试应用程序的开发、调试及导入量产。
• 应用技术支持（例如：良率提升、测试平台转换、测试时间优化等）。
• 量产过程中的故障排除与问题解决。
• 为客户提供培训（定制化技术研讨会）。
• 客户关系管理：建立和维护客户关系，追踪问题处理进度，并与全球上游及下游团队进行沟通与升级反馈。
2. 解决方案开发与项目管理
• 跟踪客户的技术发展路线，分析其测试需求，并提供具备竞争力的测试解决方案。
• 负责测试解决方案的开发及项目管理工作。
• 在客户现场完成器件数据相关性验证及测试程序的最终释放。
