Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of plant operations (production, quality, warehouse, EHS, etc).
2. Manage plant P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control to maximize profitability.
3. Ensure all operations comply with both EU headquarters' standards and local regulations.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering.
2. 10+ years of manufacturing management experience, including 5+ years in a Plant Manager role.
3. Proficient in written and verbal English.
4. (Preferred) Experience in gear machine, or related industry.
