Responsibilities:
1. Responsible categories: office facility, IT, professional services, labor, etc.
2. Develop and implement procurement strategies to standardize workflows using ERP data.
3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across Asia.
4. Mentor and manage Buyers.
5. Reports directly to Global Purchasing Head based in US.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or above.
2. 7+ years of procurement/purchasing experience, including 3+ years in managerial role.
3. Hands-on experience with ERP/Oracle system.
4. Proficient English.
