Job Description

1、Plan annual KOL strategy, break down targets into specific product plan based on MKT calendar/brand campaign and E-platform pace.
2、Foresee livestreaming risks and prepare plan B based on historical data and recent trend.
3、Understand skin care category trend of the industry and TOP KOL performance trend. Plan potential products based on insights into MKT trend esp. competitor status, and continually optimize KOL matrix.
4、Define local promotional actions and product sets in line with brands’ profitability objectives and stock constraints.
5、Balance Omni channel livestreaming promotion mechanism and KOL offers.
6、Work closely with sales operation team and e-marketing to align online and offline activities and maximize customer potential.
