• Draft, review, negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Provide clear, hands-on, business oriented legal support with respect to customer/supplier/labour
agreements (interpretation, termination, renewal, etc.,).
• Monitor and keep abreast of changes and developments in the law and advising business /
management on the impact of such changes or developments.
• Review, create and update legal precedents, procedures and processes. Assist Regional Legal
Counsel in establishing a stronger legal management system in Asia.
• Assist Regional Legal Counsel with reducing contract and other legal risks in the Region and delivery
of legal trainings.
• Assist Regional Legal Counsel in overseeing and managing various legal matters of the GBUs in Asia
(e.g. HR, Procurement, Litigation, compliance, etc.) and working in global programs of Group Legal.
• Ad-hoc projects upon assignment
