Job Description

【核心职责】
1. 客户关系与战略规划
• 高层对接: 建立并维护与华南区大客户的沟通渠道。
• 需求挖掘: 深入理解客户的长期技术路线图(Roadmap)及产能规划,提前布局。
2. 销售目标与商务执行
• 业绩达成: 制定并执行年度销售计划,负责从报价(Quotation)、商务谈判到合同签订(PO)及回款的全流程闭环管理。
• 竞标策略: 针对大客户的大规模量产测试需求,主导投标流程,协调内部资源制定具有竞争力的价格与交付方案。
3. 技术协同与市场反馈
• 方案推广: 与售前应用工程师(AE/PE)紧密合作,向客户演示最新测试机台的性能优势,解决客户在5G、HPC、汽车电子等领域的测试痛点。
