Responsibilities:
• Arrange the HR administrative work, including preparing employment agreements, maintenance of the employee handbook, and attendance tracking.
• Manage over the entire life cycle of our employees and supporting the performance evaluation process in accordance with the company’s policies.
• Provide inputs to the external payroll agency on a monthly and “as needed” basis, including attendance, changes in the personnel and employment agreements etc.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the local HR strategies, systems, procedures, policies, and initiatives in line with the global HR strategy.
• Provide internal advisory to the local employees on a broad range of HR topics, including local labor laws, terms of employment, compensation, benefits, etc.
• Plan and organize activities (Annual dinner, Outing, Family day, Wellness program etc.)
• Work with HR leader to proactively initiate talent development program, L&D and training facilitation, as well as retention risk management.
• Assist HR leader in driving employee engagement, spirit, morale and culture, as well as additional organizational development processes, such as performance management, rewards & recognition, talent retention and development and more.
• Also provides support in various HR daily operations, such as HR systems, HR administration, compensation and benefits, welfare and team building projects, local benefit programs, outsourcing management and much more.

Requirements:
• Language Skills: Fluent in English
• Bachelor degree, HR related is preferred.
• Combination of education and/or experience relevant to the role
• Strong analytical, communicative, and problem-solving skills
• Readiness to work in the international environment
• High level of work ethics, integrity and trust.
