Qualifications岗位要求:
 University degree or above in Food Science and Engineering or related areas.
 食品科学与工程等相关专业，大学或以上学历；
 Above 5 years experiences in related production technology and products R&D, more than 3 years experiences in R&D project management in the same position.
5年以上相关生产技术、产品研发经验，同岗位3年以上的研发项目管理经验;
 Experiences in food processing products development of aquatic or seafood products, or snack foods is preferred.

具有水产品或海鲜类产品、休闲零食类的食品加工品开发经验者优先；
 Familiar with domestic food laws and standards.
熟悉国内食品的相关法律法规和标准;
 Experience on cooperation and managing with OEM manufacturer is preferred.
具有和OEM厂家项目合作、项目管理经验者优先;
 Have strong cross-functional department communication and coordination skills, negotiation skills and implementation skills.
有较强的跨部门沟通协调能力、谈判能力和执行能力；
 Have strong senses of responsibility and principle, carefully and loyalty.
极强的责任心和原则性，对工作认真细致，为人忠诚;
 Bilingualism is preferred – English required.
能使用英语优先考虑；
 Good office software skills, such like Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook.
能熟练运用办公软件；
 Must have a clear criminal record. 无犯罪记录；
 Free to travel frequently. 能经常出差。
