Job Description

1. Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
2. Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms. Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
3. Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures. Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
4. Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Providing Daily sales report & Weekly report for internal review. Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
5. Managing the whole EC team and dividing the operation duty into each team members. Overview the whole business model and meeting company yearly target.

Requirement
1. Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in .com operation, well-understanding on SEO digital marketing strategy.
2. Postgraduate/ Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
3. Knowledge in Magento, marketplace nad international marketing is a must.
4. Passionate, open-minded, self-motivated, independent and a good team leader. Excellent communication and good command of written English.
