Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the market business expansion and management of the company's innovative drugs in the Asia-Pacific region.
2. Based on the company's internationalization strategy, formulate international market development plans and actively expand the pharmaceutical market in the Asia-Pacific region.
3. Maintain and develop customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Formulate and implement annual sales plans and market strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
5. Coordinate internal resources and closely collaborate with relevant departments to support sales activities.
6. Regularly analyze market dynamics and competitor situations, and propose improvement measures.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with English as the working language.
2. Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry foreign trade, and over 5 years of experience in market development in the Asia-Pacific region.
3. Good overseas sales experience and ability; strong market analysis and insight capabilities.
4. Strong sense of purpose and self-motivation; high stress resistance; strong decision-making and execution capabilities.
