Job Description

1. Compliance with Company guidelines and policies:
• SHE excellence: zero first aids, recordables and LTIs
• Strict compliance of internal DOA and policies.

2. Product Management:
• Manage asset utilization and inventory at target level through coordinating rolling sales forecast and production planning at high level on monthly basis
• Monitor and communicate sales progress vs. RSF with sales team to improve the accuracy
• Optimize product portfolio to maximize effective capacity and operational efficiency
• Support cost reduction activities in terms of RM diversification and other variable cost optimization
• Manage product specification, product safety and product quality complaint in cooperation with TPM, QC, and Product stewardship
• Coordinate technical service support to sales teams and agency companies
• Manage new product development to generate new business opportunities
• Support inter-regional activities, subject to agreements among shareholders

3. Price Management
• Manage pricing process and guideline under business management of Polystyrene Asia Pacific
• Set up price guideline for sales team and support sales tactics upon market situation
• Review feasibility of contract formula, tender conditions in cooperation with sales account managers for final approval by DOA

4. Project Management:
• Initiate, coordinate and implement any project assigned by direct manager
• Prepare feasibility study and economics analysis with justified assumptions and data inputs
• Meet submission and implementation deadlines

5. Annual budgeting:
• In coordination with the Marketing Manager, collect and analyze industry trends and macroeconomic data to assess overall supply/demand balance in coming 3 years
• Estimate FY sales volume and propose annual volume allocation by product and industry in cooperation with sales
• Estimate achievable CM1 through market DM forecast
