Accountabilities：

Under the umbrella of aviation electrification, we hope to find a talent who has good knowledge set about the electric powertrain system and related sub-technologies.
Based on the work requests try to identify the local feasible corresponding technology or solution. Sometimes reconstructing the solution is needed to further fit it into aviation scenarios.
The candidate will act as the important bridge role to leverage local solution and facilitate the success of projects in group domain

Deliver the solution per the request from CTO
Ensure the project running on time and quality

Education:
Electrification or power electrics related major is preferred
Master degree is must, PHD is plus

Experience:
Minimum 5 years working experience in power electrics(EV or electric power train system)is required.
Abroad experience is preferred

Basic Skills:
Both oral/written English is a must
PM skill is a plus

Soft Skills:
High autonomy work attitude and sense of ownership towards project

Technical Skills:
Good power electronics and electrics knowledge background, e.g.
knowledge of electric power train system
power storage, propulsion, auxiliary system

power electronics
power regulation, distribution
Emotor and hybridization technos
Thermal management technos
Solid research or product planning experience is a plus, familiar about the all the critical indication parameters of individual sub-component or techno.
A good academic network is a plus.
