Job Description

Report to: National Retail Director

Key Responsibility:

Following the company’s strategic plan, collect and analysis relevant market information through exploring local network. Make sure the core areas of the market development, timely forecast the market and analyze the information, support to the decision of top management.
Do cities and doors analysis based on market & economic data regularly as well as explore the retail store expansion opportunities, identify suitable locations in terms of image and business results for different types of stores.
Manage all luxury & premium new projects and renovation projects in China, evaluate the success and opportunities of each project from a process, cost, and quality perspective.
Constantly reviewing the current shopping mall portfolio by taking actions to improve the existing ones and search for potential cooperation partners, run field survey of the project and to discuss the appropriate conditions for business cooperation.
Maintain good relationship and interaction with landlords handle daily issues and tough cases with flexibility but in principle.
Co-ordinate the entire leasing process by initiating discussion with landlord and other senior management members and setting the strategy and timeline for negotiation.
Ensure all contracts are legally correct, comply with the country laws, minimize risks and allow flexible operation of the stores.
Co-ordinate with the VM (construction) department and the landlord to ensure the store opening on time.
Help sales team to get more support from landlords. (such as: good view advertising space, more cabins)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above with more than 5 years’ related working experiences, with minimum 2-3years’ BD experiences, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
Good analysis and negotiation skill. Strong business sense and market judgment.
Excellent cross-team collaboration and strong influencing & communication skills within different stakeholders.
Excellent ability to main

 composure and effectiveness in a fast paced environment.
Self-starter, energetic, positive, and strong problem-solving skills driven by data, business acumen and market insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is preferred.
