Position Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Being in charge of routine quality control,for example: customer complaint, Incoming process, In-process quality
control & final quality control.负责日常质量控制工作，客户投诉，来料检验、过程控制及产品终检等
2. Set up quality inspection standard.建立质量检验标准
3. Check final inspection report from Quality Inspector to ensure quality is eligible for contract requirements.审核终
检质量报告，确保产品质量符合订单要求
4. Be responsible for analyzing complaints from customers, working out correction plan and replying to customers. 分
析客户投诉问题，制定改善措施，及时与客户进行沟通
5. Coach and manage a small team if applicable. 根据工作需要，进行人员指导和管理
6. Assist Purchasing Department to evaluate technical condition of new suppliers. 协助采购部门进行新供应商评估
