YOUR ROLE
Coordinate and monitor APAC closing process with focus on APAC BU (monthly, quarterly and annually) to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Provide insightful analysis and commentary on APAC business performance (vs. PY, Plan, Forecast) with collaboration with business controlling team
P&L, BS and CF related analysis and reports (both routine and ad-hoc
Overlook the E2E management of the APAC BU sales incentive program process from Controlling side and drive further improvement
Take initiatives on digitalization and automation to further increase data transparency, improve data analytics and support business decisions
Lead and drive Controlling related and digital projects in APAC as well as support in other regional and cross-regional projects from Controlling & Financial aspect
Contribute to continuous improvement in controlling relevant concepts, processes, and tool
Support regional/global knowledge sharing and training activities

YOUR SKILLS
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Finance / FP&A / Controlling or related field
Complete understanding of financial statements and financial process
Outstanding analytical capabilities and business understanding
Excellent communication and presentation skill
Highly motivated with a strong sense and ability to proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to develop value-added solution
High willingness to learn and strong team spirit
Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skill
Digital skills and international working experience a plus
