Job Description
1. 负责公司HR部门全面的事务性工作；
2. 负责对各事业部，各子公司重点人事工作的管理，监督，协调；
3. 负责公司各重要岗位的招聘及培训工作；
4. 负责集团人才培养体系，梯队，与计划实施；
要求：
- 5年以上大中型企业工作经验，工作稳定性好
- 中大型制造业公司管理经验
