Qualifications
●3 to 8 years of software engineering experience (no more than 10 years)
●Strong ownership and entrepreneurship. Interested in stock options more than cash
●Fluent in verbal, written and technical English
●Passionate about video content creation and editing
●Sense of impact and quantitative thinking, with craftsmanship in mind
●Good at either backend (Java, NodeJS) or front skills (React), preferably both

●Previous work experience with complex AI product
●Built and owned products from the ground up
