Job Description

Responsibility:

1. Implementation of HR strategy and related policies and procedures for dedicated Divisional field employees in Asia region.
2. Work closely with Divisional functional managers on talent acquisition, development, retaining needs and follow up with actions under regional guideline and procedures.
3. Facilitate the hiring and approval process and track hiring progress on a regular basis together with regional TA team.
4. Understand talent retaining and development needs, and drive the implementation of talent development plan
5. Follow on training plan implementation and monthly training implementation report review.
6. Responsible for monthly payroll and headcount report of Divisional field employees.
7. Support in annual cycle bonus plan and salary review.
8. In coordination with HRSS to make sure accurate employee data is continuously obtained to create and maintain up-to-date.
9. Facilitate performance management process (probationary review, goal setting, annual performance appraisal, etc)
10. Facilitate internal communications and handle team building and employees activities.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above, major in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields is required. Master is preferred
2. 5-8 years working experience in multinational company is required.
3. Preferred Working scope in SEA countries (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.) and understand local labor regulation and talent market
4. Good team work spirit; Open to new challenges or skill; good at time control and self -discipline; PC skills: E-mail, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power point, etc.
5. Good command of English and Chinese.
