Job Description

1. General Management: Lead and develop the organization to achieve the business growth target; Work closely with New Channel Sales Manager and different departments to implement various strategic initiatives.
2. Business Development & Management: Focus on the booming industries and make development plan strategically. Lead and manage the sales and service activities in assigned area to achieve the financial targets, i.e. revenue, o.i. etc. and to achieve revenue growth (by market and
product), manage expenses and maximize operation income.
3. Account Management: Actively provide high quality service to existing customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction; actively acquire new customers by professional knowledge, technical know-how and high quality of services; maintain positive profile in community to enhance company image and market perception;
4. Distribution Development & Management: Manage and inspire distributors in the assigned area by business planning , setting goals, mornitoring performance, control behaviors; provide product, service or other relevant trainings to distributors’ sales team; develop new distributors to implement the company strategies in channel management and to achieve the company growth targets; review distributor performance periodically and award or punish them accordingly to ensure the adherence to company’s policy.
5. Team Management: Responsible for hiring, firing, and performance management; establish environment conducive to effective teamwork and customer satisfaction; provide appropriate training and counseling to personnel.
6. Administrative Management: Manage company assets and inventory; monitor accounts receivable and control expenses; resolve customer disputes; assure adherence to all company and legal policies and procedures (accounting, personnel, safety, environmental, systems).
7. Be engaged in cross-selling opportunities across the enterprise.
8. Provide useful data and information for market analysis.

1. Bachelor degree in engineering, science or other relevant technical fields.
2. More than 8-years commercial experience with at least 3-years previous air compressor field sales experience and at least 3-years sales management experience.
3. Strong leadership capabilities.
4. Strong interpersonal skills; including written and verbal communication and influencing; conflict resolution.
5. High energy and sense of urgency, result – oriented
6. Willing to travel frequently.
