Identify improvement opportunities and manage project idea portfolio. Improve efficiency and quality under OpEx culture by these actions.
Organize discussion and projects to resolve the problems in different processes and operations.
Train and coach Lean Sigma project leaders in implementing their projects and selecting Lean Sigma tools as well
