Job Description

Job Responsibility

-Maintain customer relationship to improve customer satisfaction;
-Manage the quality problems on the client site to ensure the quality service;
-Collect feedback and analysis of the data on the client site for after-sales (including defect daily, input daily report, and defect analysis), and improve the internal organization;
-Manage the safety, compliance and daily work of CQ in the factory;
-Organize and implement the incoming inspection of service center and check the unqualified products in the incoming inspection;
-Verify the stability of manufacturing process and the effectiveness of process inspection of service center;
-Prepare and update CP of service center, evaluate service center quality performance regularly;
-Manage the safety, compliance and daily work of QA in service center.

Job Requirements:

-Education background: Bachelor degree or above in engineering background.
-More than 2 years customer quality management experience.
-Have rich experience in quality management, especially good at keeping commerce relationships.
-Professional skill requirements: proficient in 8D work, understanding pfmea/cp/spc and other tools
-Language skill: English: CET4 or above, proficient in English for communication and work
-Computer skill: master MS Office
