1. Support front shop display with making product promotion materials according to consolidated marketing communication strategy and further help customer to experience & get to know the products.
2. Establish Visual Merchandising standard & guideline for stores of different channels.
3. Extract product profit point according to target customer portrait to establish specific attractive promotion material for shop front which liaise with local advertisement rules.
4. Organize and execute the product promotion events according to the marketing communication strategy and pursue for the achievement of event goal.
5. Keep up with the market trend, innovation project & concepts as to initiate new ideas for promotion events as well as to utilize the sales opportunity.
6. Mange the vendor to ensure the execution of all strategy and plans with continuous improvement of PDCA
1. Bachelor degree and above
2. Certain strategic thinking, event planning and data analysis ability
3. Good communication and presentation with strong willingness to learn and certain innovation & designing ability
4. Strong people management & multi-task processing ability
5. Good language in English & Mandarin
6. Willing for travel and hard-working
