Job description

职位描述
1、完善/优化现有员工雇佣管理体系,起草/修订人才雇佣管理规章制度及相关流程;
2、组织实施人力资源内部风险合规审计,发现用工风险点并完善现有制度流程等;
3、企业用工政策研究和合规管理,助力国际化业务制定境内外的用工策略并实现合规性的体系化用工;
4、为BP日常员工关系管理问题提供解决方案;
5、作为桥梁推动协调BP与法务解决复杂员工关系问题。

Requirements

职位要求
1、本科及以上学历,法学或心理学、人力资源管理学等相关专业优先;
2、4年以上企业合规、人才发展管理经验,有外企经验优先;
3、熟练掌握国家最新劳动法规及员工关系相关法律政策规定,了解域外用工政策或有相关背景者优先;
4、优秀的沟通能力、谈判能力和团队协作力;思路清晰逻辑性强,可独立解决复杂问题,自驱并能承担较强工作压力;
5、抗压能力强。
