• Work closely with business department, and handle HR's full-function support.
• Assist in establishing overseas business department according to the company's business plan.
• Identify problems which might possibly reduce the employees' devotion, engagement or productivity.
• Customize solutions with HR knowledge, mobilize resource, and drive problem resolving process.
• Promote company's HR strategy implementation in business department, make it running well.
• Advocate company’s value, and adhere to company’s baseline.


• Bachelor degree or above, at least 15 years of working experience in Human Resource, at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with at least two HR functions plus overall knowledge of HR full functions.
• Experience in global HR projects, overseas working experience would be preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Self-motivated, professional with interpersonal skills and specialize in problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
