 Prepare investment analysis in project selection;
 Prepare annual budget and monthly/quaterly rolling forecast. Predically analysis,including sensible analysis in leasing and cost;
 Completing the fund arrangement including capital injection,shareholder loan,bank loan,industry fund and foreign currency settlement;
 Review and approve all contracts and payments to monitor compliance with GAAP and company procedures;
 Preparation and/or review of standard monthly journal entries in Oracle system;
 Review Financial reporting and provide analsysis package;
 Obtain local finance subsidies;
 Tax management;
 Independently coordinate and communicate with all levels of employees and management;

 Strong finance background in financial industry
 Welcome candidate with big4 background
 Should be familiar with banking or non-banking institutes
 Need to have good communication in both English and Mandarin
