Job Description

Communicate and align on membership strategy for brand in China, in solid plan with clear objectives and milestones
Lead development of co-membership, including business development, member benefit customization and benefit negotiation/purchase accordingly
Lead product design and operation of QMQ Html 5 Site / Minigames, and create a mechanism to drive member traffic effectively
Lead QMQ monetization, including product design, and partner business development (esp. sales network)
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (Data, Digital, GP, Legal, Content, Marketing), external partners (co-membership partners), vendors and other membership related stakeholders
Team working mindset is a must, with both internal (including global) cross team cooperation, and external collaboration with local partners
Fully understanding of local market, including business environment and user behavior (esp. young consumer in tier 2-4 cities), and strong capability of market research, analytic and reporting
Able to organize thoughts and make decisions under time constraints and a full work load
Full skillset of Office, especially PowerPoint
Fluency in Mandarin and English
