My client is introducing their state-of-the-art HVAC and Heat Pump solutions to China now and for that they are looking for the very first person to set up the foundation with potential to work as business owner in the future.

Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with global teams in the development of HVAC and Heat Pump market strategy for China;
- To work as business developer to identify key customers, external partners;
- Collect and analyze market intelligence and provide insights to the global management.
- Gradually build up the local team as business grows.
