构建零食消费行为分析模型,挖掘门店/线上用户偏好与场景化需求;
主导市场调研与会员数据整合,输出产品开发及营销策略建议;
建立动态监测体系,追踪竞品动态与行业趋势,驱动用户体验优化。

任职要求:
统计学/心理学/市场营销专业,5年+快消/零售用户研究经验;
精通定量定性分析方法(如NPS/聚类分析),熟练使用SPSS/Python等工具;
具备跨部门协同能力,对零食消费场景敏感,擅长洞察数据背后的行为逻辑。
