1.Be responsible for product promotion and complete the sales target of the Department. Make sales plan, visit customers and develop new customers according to the plan, ensure customers pay on time, deal with customer complaints and AR in time.
2.Assist superior leader to manage the commercial relationship with existing large and multi-site blue chip clients. Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level or service delivery, whilst indentifying further new business opportunities.
3.Assist superior leader to make sales strategy, reasonable control of sales expenses and resource allocation. Control and balance the sales budget and expense, and improve sales profit.
4.Organize and coordinate resources to complete business-related bidding, negotiation, signing, payment collection and after-sales etc.
5.Good project coordination and negotiation ability.
6.Timely sales reporting. And regularly report sales work, submit weekly report, sales forecast, accounts receivable, contract negotiation, market consultation, etc.
7.Complete other tasks assigned by Department.
任职要求
1.Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences/Biology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
2.Life Sciences Sales and Marketing related.
3.3 years + Experience of Business Development, Account Management, Communication and Coordination in the life sciences industry. prefer the background in related operating Companies, prefer having instruments/solution/value selling or engineering/delivery work experiences at Life Sciences products.
4.Proven experience in managing distributors and key accounts.
5.Strong network within the life sciences industry.
6.Basic understanding of microscopes.
7.Excellent business management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
8.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9.Ability to travel as needed.
10.Skilled in English or Japanese and Chinese, fluent at English or Japanese speaking and presentation.
11.Be capable of CRM software using, ie. Salesforce
