・To lead business improvement and deployment of system change in the HR area. Improve processes to avoid recurring issues, and stabilize support needs
・As member of global IT team，analyze and enhance system to realize requirement from HR team
・Coordinate with business and vender to ensure projects can be completed on time and reach goals
・ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
・ At least 5+ years' work experience, 3+ years’ system maintenance, implementation experience
・ Experience in IT solution for HR area
・ 1-3 years of foreign enterprise or global team working experience
