4）职责：
- 开发新用途、发现未来趋势、了解该应用需要用到何种材料
- 制定工程塑料材料的战略方案（包括部件概念提案）
- 准备提案材料（如产品目录等），促进有效的推广计划
- 与销售人员一起拜访客户并提案
