Job Description
• Establish and maintain talent pool to ensure the healthy pipeline for talent resource.
• In Charge of local recruitment to meet with manpower needs of the Company and recommend compensation package.
• Understand HR delivery module to design appropriate training courses in HR team and organize the training sessions via different types of facilities / tools.
• Organize diversified activities to build up learning culture in the team.
• Periodically collected and do a proper analysis at a variety data, including OT analysis, turnover rate statistics, and update of the organization report on a monthly basis etc.
• Highly involvement on ER aspect issues in which way, he/she will support manager to generate alternative solutions for all HR (ER) questions and think ahead before a problem turned out into the “issue”.
• Help manager to build up and promote company culture by establishing HR events/projects at different level.
• Ensure high quality and timely support to business in the process of target setting, budgeting, annual performance review, competency management.
• Functioning as an HR central point of contact with all resources for day to day HR related topics to employees.(query, problem-shooting at compensation etc.)
• Assist manager involvement of HR project, so as to ensure its implementation can achieve the project goal.
• Other works assigned by manager if any.
