• Monitor the EV charging industry trends and calibrate participation strategy in the EV charging eco-system.
• Develop / upgrade operations models & procedures with best practices from shareholders and market.
• Explore new business model to add value to current and future network.
• Manage service quality through the customer journey including the EV charging platform and charging sites, to deliver industry leading online and onsite customer experience.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with B2B customers.
• Work with One CRM platform of MS China to manage the lifecycle value of customers and to embark sales across BUs.
• Pricing management on charging service fee and potentially convenience goods, to ensure well balance between near-term revenue and long-term value.
• Conduct marketing promotions to attract new customers and increase customer share of wallet.
• Define annual KPIs, incl. annual electricity volume/service fee, Capex/Opex, cash etc., get endorsement and responsible for delivery.
• Achievement of the highest possible Operational Standards in line with accepted international standards:
o Customer care – Customer centric thinking and prompt response to customers (enquiries, suggestions, and complaints)
o Site management – Policy compliance, housekeeping, maintenance (e.g.: VI and parking spot occupied by ICE car etc.)
• Manage the network in the safest possible way with due consideration for the well-being of our customers, employees, and the environment.
• Annual budgeting and control over the marketing and operation expenditures.
• Coordination of shareholders, local government/authorities, landlords, and other stakeholders per business needs.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor degree with MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years team leader experience, retail or new mobility experience is a plus
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of operations, sales and marketing, business development, or other commercial experience through innovative application of resources
• Good knowledge of the Chinese environment and language
• Fluent written and oral English
• Strong leadership, coaching and motivation skills with an ability to develop and enhance the performance of teams.
• Driven, motivated individual with desire to succeed
• Visible leadership of the HSE agenda
