Key Responsibilities:
1、Drive Positive Transformation in Global Selling: Take a strong ownership role in enhancing and reforming existing Global Selling product capabilities. You will drive meaningful product changes in how sellers manage their accounts and listing quality, ensuring local needs are prioritized within the global product roadmap. You will build the foundational systems that ensure every seller on our platform is trustworthy and every product listing meets our high moderation standards.
2、Architect AI-Powered Engagement: Drive the vision for "one-to-many/mass" seller support by building AI Seller Assistants (Chatbots/Copilots). You will integrate these solutions into China’s unique social ecosystem (WeChat/WeCom) to automate onboarding, policy updates, and operational FAQs.
3、Drive Data-Led Engagement Intelligence: Implement a sophisticated Social CRM (SCRM) and Marketing Automation (MA) framework. By utilizing behavioral tagging and seller personas, you will execute segmented communication strategies that drive higher conversion and retention at scale.
4、Collaborate Across the Globe: Partner with global product, engineering teams in LATAM, and local business teams to align China-specific market needs with our global technical infrastructure.
5、Optimize the Seller Lifecycle: Act as a subject-matter expert to identify friction points in the seller journey. You will manage the entire product lifecycle — from discovery to launch to growth — using data to measure success against aggressive growth and satisfaction targets.

What we're looking for:
1、Proven Experience: 8+ years in product management, with a strong background in E-commerce, cross-boarding trading, seller portals, or B2B SaaS.
2、Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Global Selling domains; Proven track record or strong interest in building AI-powered products (e.g., Intelligent Customer Service or LLM-based applications); Expert knowledge of the WeChat/WeCom ecosystem and experience building "Mass Management" tools (e.g. SCRM, MA, CDP) is highly preferred.
3、Strong Ownership & Drive: A demonstrated ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with execution to drive organizational change.
4、Exceptional Collaborator: Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.
5、Structural & Technical Mindset: Ability to think strategically about the architectural design of seller engagement products. A technical background or experience will be a plus that enables you to navigate complex system integrations and communicate effectively with engineering teams to bridge internal and external platforms.
6、Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
