POSITION SUMMARY:

In this position you will be responsible for the implementation and execution of commercial excellence, business growth and team management along with promotion of industrial commercial toolsets, business processes and concepts. As an independent contributor, your goal will be to drive production related operations and provide expertise in optimizing commercial processes, driving results and minimizing risks.

ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide commercial teams with expertise, advisory action and guidance to sustain commercial excellence, streamline and develop commercial processes, drive results and sustain above the market growth
 - Aid in implementing and developing the companies’ best practices, toolsets and contributing personal ideas, knowledge, and capability to improve the commercial process
 - Provide Feedback on personal experiences, best practices and results garnered from the implementation of processes and tools initiated by the company for the goal of identifying improvement opportunities for Kaizen
 - Regularly participate in policy and daily management meetings to provide engagement and feedback for the goal of driving Kaizen leadership and processes
 - Support the company leadership goals and develop a growth roadmap and adapt management style based on situational development
 - Be responsible of the growth of Market Share with strict adherence to company Policy and Daily Management criterion.
 - Fully utilize company commercial excellence tools, facilitation, and coaching skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 - BA Degree in Business Management/Product Development or related fields
 - MBA background preferred
 - +5 years of working experiences in relevant fields, optimally, experience with the development of process improvement or team leading with emphasis on continuous improvement
 - +8 years of relevant marketing/business function experience, optimally with experience handling whole cycle business development and growth
 - Demonstrated Strategic thinking, communication and presentational skills
 - Advanced writing and administrative skills and computer skills (Word, Graphics and Spreadsheets)
 - Proficient in both spoken and written English
