Job Description

Responsible for optimizing the management of most of consumer promotional spends and process for China indirect sourcing team. Must establish full alignment within Indirect marketing sourcing globally and locally, and with key stakeholders in order to develop and execute sourcing strategies which meet the business needs/objectives. The indirect sourcing manager plays an integral role by:
 Working collaboratively with global category sourcing leaders and drive local holistic category strategy development and implementation in China.
 Identifying, developing and executing plans to achieve annual savings and business simplification (supplier base uplifting, consolidation and process efficiency) targets. Requires understanding of business priorities and regular interaction/alignment with stakeholders.
 Deep diving and step changing/optimizing the current sourcing/buying models for all related consumer promotional materials.
 Ensuring service and quality objectives are met and continuously improved, and all issues are resolved quickly.
 Managing strategic business relationships, internally and externally.
 Playing as category expertise, with the help of global and local category leaders, bring the technology trends, supplier innovation and market advanced process to optimize source to pay flow.
 Development and negotiation of contract agreements with suppliers, in partnership with multi-functions.

Experience: This position requires a strong mastery of sourcing skill, deep understanding of market and industry practices in consumer promotional spend, project management, and communication skill. At least 5 to 8 years experiences in sourcing roles, indirect or packaging is preferred.

 Project management: Planning, organizing and managing resources to bring the successful completion of the specific project goals and objectives.
 Maintaining highest ethics and compliance standards.

Education: A bachelor’s degree of supply chain, business, finance or comparable discipline is preferred.
