Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for all R&D activities of mechanical components in dynamic mechanical equipment.
2) Lead a team of product design and testing, mold development and manufacturing applications.
3) Formulate and implement development strategies in accordance with market and industry demands.

Requirements:
1) 10+ years of product design and development for industrial components.
2) Team leading experience for 20+ ppl.
3) Strong business sense that is able to identify and develop product roadmap.
4) Fluent English.
