Job Description

Brand Strategy and Communication
• Work with GM to direct, develop and build brand positioning strategy in consistent with global guideline, sharpening the product USP and differentiated advantage to enhance the brand equity in China market
• Develop the influencing communication strategy and strategic content plan to build up brand image and reputation, applying to the China media landscape, integrating social marketing, e-commerce marketing, digital communications, offline retail marketing, and PR, etc.
• Develop integrated marketing program with e-commerce
• Develop JBP with EKA and e-commerce platform
• Develop offline retail marketing program with distributor
• Lead consumer-centric activations for campaigns/new launches leveraging consumer and brand insights
• Set KPI and tracking model to evaluate performance, proactively provide recommendation to improve performance
Consumer insight and market research
• Actively explore new opportunities through trend observation, competitive move and data-analytics with foresight mind-set
• Identify insights with understanding for consumer behavior and dynamics through fact-based data support (U&A, tracking, digital and mkt data) and set future brand growth direction including new product development
• Identify business issue and manage research projects

Portfolio management
• Manage an assigned portfolio and its expansion, formulate portfolio strategy and priorities to meet company growth ambition and drive Go-to-market new launch strategy
• Work closely with Brand Design team to drive strategic innovations and be the champion for the launch in local market
• Co-work with cross-functional teams (Sales/TM/ supply chain etc) to push through new launch and execution plan effectively

Product training and education to the channel
• Lead and develop a long-term, consistent training scheme of product and food nutrition to the distributors, key accounts, e-commerce platform, KOL, and relevant media

Professional marketing
• Develop the connection and maintain the relationship with the experts, academy, university and relevant pet food professionals to enhance our influence on them to acquire endorsement and advocacy

Leadership and team management
• lead and build up a lean and efficient marketing team, collaborating with the marketing team of Brand global, the distributors and the Key accounts
