Job Description

• Act as a key digital marketing visionary for the company, understanding and embracing developments in and the evolution of the digital space
• Together with our Country Managers, Country Marketing Managers, and Creative teams, create and implement our company strategy to grow our business through various online channels; Promote brand awareness, image, and consistent messaging across the digital space
• Manage department's budget and a team of 15+ people
• Manage the look and feel of global website, ensure quality and consistent customer experience across countries (China, Indonesia, Russia)
• Oversees specifications written by your team for website enhancements
• Test and deploy new digital/online campaigns and channels to drive quality traffic to our site, manage page performance optimization
• In depth hands on working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Medias, reputation management, and content marketing strategy
• Manage the team handling SEO, production of display, mobile, and other online lead acquisition channels; work closely with SEM, and social media team
• Work hand in hand with Sales management to ensure a streamlined and customer-oriented lead nurturing process, delivering results as measured by revenue generated from digital channels and COA; Deliver results by following leads through the sales pipeline
• Lead the digital marketing team with honesty, integrity, analytical rigor and fun
• Establish rapport with multiple stakeholders to balance deliveries across multiple markets
