Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead brand campaign, sharply monitor planning and execution.
• Brief agencies to ensure the best deliveries in campaign planning, assets creation, in-market execution, and campaign review.
• Launch plans: Successfully introduce campaigns by co-building the plans with leading
agency, internal team, trade marketing team and the rest parties
• Take full responsibility of project management to ensure on time delivery
2. Understand market and consumers dynamics, and drive brand health with solid planning and
continuous improvement:
• Hone actionable insights from marketing data with strong empathy towards target
consumers.
• Perfect understanding of FMCG tracking KPI’s (Distribution/ Rotation/ promotion
efficiency/ Share Of Market and consumers Brand tracking KPI’s (Penetration, Loyalty,
Frequency, qty per purchase …)
3. Understand business, and support commercial growth by closely collaborating with sales
functions
4. Support line manager on brand strategy, 1 year plan and 3 year plan
5. Regular budget planning. control and reporting

PROFESSIONAL :
EXPERIENCE
At least 4-6 years of marketing experience (brand marketing preferred), ideally from big brands in
multinational FMCG companies
ABILITIES &
COMPETENCIES
- Experienced in both campaign strategy and content development (print, video, social content,
etc.)
- Strong cross-function working skills: need to be a strong link between internal & external for
campaign planning & execution
- Strong in project management & organizational skills: planning, setting KPIs, rigorous follow up
- Strong data analytical mentality and able to interpret insights behind marketing data
- Strong users of Digital platforms (weibo, wechat, tiktok, little red book, bilibili, etc)
- An eye for premium lifestyle designs & execution is a plus
- Open-minded and pro-activity results and oriented to excellence in execution
- Ownership, self-driven, resilient, creative, curious, enthusiastic
EDUCATION Bachelor degree and above, Fluent written and oral English (require Global comms)
