Responsibilities
• Processes end to end China Payroll timely, accurately under high standard controllership;
• Ensures compliance with China’s legislation, tax and social security laws;
• Performs monthly closing activities including journal booking, account reconciliation and follow up with high quality and efficiency;
• Complies with Sarbanes Oxley requirements and other national regulations and internal control standards;
• Works proactively on payroll related projects such as system implementation,continuous process improvement and so on;
• Ad-hoc reporting includes forecast, analysis, reports and etc.;
• Maintains good relationship and working with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirement
• 5+ years of experience in Payroll function;
• Rich experience with Factory which HC volume is 1000+;
• Strong knowledge of payroll process, taxation and statutory requirements;
• Good understanding of Factory work rules, pay rules as well as timekeeping rules;
• Excellent customer service, problem solving and communication skills;
• Proactive, self-motivated, open-minded, willing to take initiative on process enhancement;
• Can do attitude and can deal with pressure;
• Fluent in English is a plus
