Job Description

Support Director of L&D to plan, design and execute retail coaching programs across Greater China (GC), mainly focus on the Jet-set ambassador stores.
• Manage and develop coaching to elevate customer experience & team performance in a Jet-Set way
o Establish retail coaching mechanism and develop toolkits to grow and consistently drive performance
o Organize and conduct tailored 1 on 1 and group coaching sessions to elevate customer experience, business performance,
retail operation excellence, and individual development plan (IDP) in a timely manner.
o Design retail coach certification (RCC) program to develop internal retail coaches and boost coaching culture.
o Act as program leader of customer experience elevation (CXE) to monitor service, and co-leader of training expert &
ambassador (TE & TA) program to develop retail coaches.
• Monitor, measure and report on all coaching activities and achievements with agreed formats, time frames as well as secure a proper follow-up on trainings, regularly reviewing return of training programs and retrieving feedback from retail population and peers to increase training effectiveness.
• Collaborate and co-facilitate training programs to achieve the overall L&D performance goal, provide support for post-training endeavors.
• Support SEA wholesale team by providing seasonal training and on-site coaching for key account.
• Work cross-functionally for an effective implementation
o Partner with Regional/Area/City sales managers, TA&TE and store managers to ensure coaching efficiency
o Partner with SEA wholesales head and managers to provide training support
o Participate and support line manager and GC training manager on key L&D programs when requested
o Provide timely feedback and evaluation to line manager to secure hand-over of the action and follow-ups
o Secure good communication flow with retail HRBP team and provide feedback for retail team development plan
o Act as local expert in L&D team and MK product & service, secure a proper information flow with local stakeholders helping to improve L&D offering implementation
• Take part in ad-hoc projects assigned by management team
