RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain a strong and trustworthy relationship with senior tax officials from both district level and municipal level
• Deal with any tax audits, assessments as well as inquires and solve tax disputes with the minimized additional tax liabilities
• Develop tax strategies and manage project implementations by collaborating with different cross functions
• Proactively monitor tax regulation updates to identify any planning opportunities to achieve tax savings and working capital optimization
• Provide constructive tax advice to business teams to mitigate tax risks and facilitate business decision making
• Organize and provide internal tax trainings to different business departments in accordance with the company’s requirements
• Lead the team to manage all the tax compliance and reporting requirements

REQUIREMENTS
• Comprehensive understanding of PRC tax laws and regulations
• At least 10 years practical tax experiences in big four or a multi-national company (both is preferred), manufacturing related experience is a plus
• Excellent multi-tasking and people managing skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
