Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Full Commercial responsibility for the results of China up to Gross Margin which covers both organic and inorganic growth.
• Develop & implement Commercial strategy for China according to the approved Asia Pacific growth scenarios;
• Lead M&A/ JV program, working with colleagues from various of functions and regions on effective analysis and negotiation strategy with our local Chinese business partners to make sure of a mutual-winning situation;
• Leveraging current commercial network across China and the related resources globally resulting in aggressively growth both in existing as in new market channels
• Advise & prioritize products for import from Europe or within the APAC region
• Advise & prioritize products that should be part of the Stocking program
• Implement the strategy by maintaining establishing sales network & channel partners
• Establish key metrics for monitoring profitable growth of the business
• Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales
• Develop and drive a result oriented high performing team
• Develop and coach relevant team members

Job Requirements:
- Significant and demonstrable experience (15+ years of overall experience )within a broad & complex commercial environment
- Successful expereince in lead complex business partner negotiation from both commercial and financial perspectives.
- Able to demonstrate Leadership qualities, set standards and able to engage, coach, mentor and empower
- Experience in building & infrastructure industry
- Able to communicate a structured planned approach; able to manage by objectives, kpis and formally review
- Forward thinker, able to think broadly
- Able to present complex information in a clear and coherent manner to people at all levels
- Master of negotiation and persuading skills
- Highly numerate & articulate
- Able to build effective working relationships at a senior level
- Approachable & not status conscious
