Responsible for:
▪ To provide assistance to China Logistics transactions like acquisition, disposition,
refinancing, development and re-development matters. Such assistance includes but not
limited to due diligence, SPA review, handover with seller/buyer, acquisition financing
support, etc.;
▪ To oversee all the projects and management company of China Logistics and responsible
for leverage internal and external resource to ensure successful delivery of financial
packages, various government reports, tax filing, timely payment, etc.;
▪ Manage the entity’s cash flow, including both actual and rolling forecast, liaise with bank
on fund arrangements and debt management;
▪ To work with various departments and third party service providers, Valuation and
Strategy team and Portfolio Management and provide support for the preparation for
annual budget and 5-year business plan process;
▪ To identify areas for process improvement and enhancement, to design and implement
automation, standardization and efficiency improvement as needed;
▪ To work on ad-hoc requests and other value-added initiatives
Qualifications / Experience/Skills
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required;
▪ Professional accounting designation (CPA) with at least 8+ years of progressive work
experience with a mix of due diligence and industry experience; experience in real estate
is considered an asset;
▪ Ability to be adapted to an expanding business environment and willing to grow with the
company;
▪ Proficient communication skills in English (working level, written and verbal) and
interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with all levels;
▪ Proficient in using MS Office with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and
PowerPoint;
▪ Hands-on team player who can set up and implement best practices and process
improvement;
▪ Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
▪ Strong analytical skill, communication skill and can work under pressure;
▪ Well organised and able to work independently as well with team members
▪ Experience in accounting ERP systems (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Yardi, JD Edwards,
Hyperion, OneStream, Oracle ERP, etc.) and adaptability with learning new applications;
